By creating an account and using Nexus Designs AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Use of the Platform

Nexus Designs AI is a professional tool for licensed technology integrators, sales professionals, and design teams. You agree to use it only for lawful business purposes.

  • You must be 18 years or older to create an account.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • You may not share your login credentials with others outside your licensed seat count.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis as selected during sign-up. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact nexusdesignsai@gmail.com within 7 days of a charge.

4. AI-Generated Content

Nexus Designs AI uses large language models to generate scopes of work, budgets, and recommendations. All AI output should be reviewed by a qualified professional before use in client-facing documents. We do not guarantee accuracy of pricing, specifications, or product availability.

5. Intellectual Property

The platform, its interface, branding, and underlying technology are the property of Nexus Designs AI. Content you input remains yours. Content generated by the AI during your session may be used to improve the platform in anonymized form.

6. Limitation of Liability

Nexus Designs AI is provided “as is.” We are not liable for errors in AI-generated content, project losses, or decisions made based on platform output. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 30 days.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated by email.
