How does the Retainer team login work? +
The office manager (account holder) gets full admin access — they can add team members, view all projects, and set company labor rates. Each employee gets their own personal login under the User tab. Employees see only their own projects. The office manager sees everything.
What happens to Single Project data after 24 months? +
You'll receive a 30-day warning email before your project archives. Before archiving you can download your full project history at any time. After archiving, retrieval is available for a fee. Upgrading to a Retainer plan keeps everything active indefinitely.
What is the long-term vision for Nexus Designs AI? +
Nexus aims to become the operating system for AV and low-voltage businesses — covering sales, design, installation, operations, and financial insight.
