These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Nexus Designs AI ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Nexus Designs AI platform, including all features, tools, and services available at nexusdesigns-avls.com (the "Service").
By creating an account, making a purchase, or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Nexus Designs AI is an AI-powered design and sales support platform built for the AV, low-voltage, and smart home technology industries. The Service provides:
The Service is intended for professional use by licensed contractors, integrators, designers, and sales professionals in the technology industry.
To access the Service you must create an account. You agree to:
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Accounts may not be shared between individuals unless through the authorized team seat system on Retainer plans.
Retainer 10: $299.00 per month, up to 10 team seats. Billed monthly on a recurring basis until cancelled.
Retainer 20: $499.00 per month, up to 20 team seats. Billed monthly on a recurring basis until cancelled.
Pre-Sales: $29.95 one-time payment. Provides access to pre-sale tools for one project. Files stored for 24 months.
Post-Sales: $29.95 one-time payment. Provides access to post-sale tools for one project. Files stored for 24 months.
Pre + Post Bundle: $49.95 one-time payment. Includes both Pre-Sales and Post-Sales access. Files stored for 24 months.
Bundle Upgrade: $20.00 one-time payment. Available to existing Pre-Sales users who wish to upgrade to the full Bundle.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees. Prices are in USD and do not include applicable taxes, which may be added based on your location.
For Retainer plans, billing occurs on the same day each month. If a billing date falls on a day that does not exist in a given month, billing will occur on the last day of that month.
You may cancel your Retainer subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until that date. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
Due to the immediate delivery of digital content and services, Single Project purchases are generally non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchase, please contact us within 7 days at nexusdesignsai@gmail.com and we will work to resolve it.
Upon cancellation of a Retainer plan, your project data will be retained for 90 days before permanent deletion. You may download your data at any time during this period. For Single Project accounts, files are retained for 24 months from the date of purchase, subject to the archiving policy below.
Single Project files are stored for 24 months. You will receive a 30-day warning email before your data is archived. After archiving, retrieval is available for an additional fee. You may download your full project history at any time before archiving at no charge.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
You retain ownership of all content you upload, input, or create using the Service, including project notes, transcripts, and documents. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
The Nexus Designs AI platform, including its design, code, AI models, brand, and knowledge systems, is the exclusive property of Nexus Designs AI. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.
Scopes of work, budgets, and other documents generated by the Service using your inputs are yours to use for your business purposes. We do not claim ownership of AI outputs generated from your specific project data.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it carefully to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We take data security seriously. Your project data is stored in an encrypted database and is never sold or shared with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service (e.g., payment processing via Stripe).
Important: Nexus Designs AI generates content based on the information you provide and trained knowledge. All outputs — including scopes of work, budgets, product recommendations, and partner suggestions — are for informational and planning purposes only.
You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of AI-generated content before using it in client proposals, contracts, or installation work. Nexus Designs AI does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any AI-generated output.
Pricing ranges provided by the AI are estimates based on general industry data and your account settings. They are not quotes and should not be represented to clients as final or guaranteed pricing.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nexus Designs AI and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us at nexusdesignsai@gmail.com to request account deletion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you via email or a prominent notice within the Service.
Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
